This is our core ethos and underpins everything that we do here at Sunset Sessions. Our dedicated team all lead adventurous lives and have decided to make Mexico our home. We can show you in a few days what it took us years discover... We just want to share what we love!

As the founder of Sunset Sessions, I wanted to deliver a more personal type of surf lesson. I have spent the last 17 years of my life trading between lifeguard seasons in Ireland, and Surf coaching all over the world. I also studied adventure photography / videography at university level, which now helps me to deliver high quality video analysis coaching. I’m is also a founding member of the charity Bahia Surf Rescue which now had over 50 trained lifeguards throughout the area.

With a flair for personalising surf lessons. My goal is always to create memorable experiences for surfers of all levels. My 10+ at the RNLI as a Senior Beach Lifeguard highlights my commitment to safety and proficiency in high-pressure situations. I’m always approachable and passionate about the privileged job I do. I’ll bring a blend of expertise, leadership, and enthusiasm to the surf, ensuring every session is both safe and exhilarating out here in paradise.
